ConnectOnCall and Phreesia have agreed to a $4.95 million settlement following allegations that a 2024 security incident exposed sensitive patient information.

According to the official court filing for In re: ConnectOnCall.com Data Breach Litigation, the incident occurred between Feb. 16 and May 12, 2024.

The compromise impacted ConnectOnCall, an after-hours medical answering service, alongside patient intake platform Phreesia.

To receive any of these cash benefits or protection services, eligible individuals must file a valid claim form by Nov. 2, 2026.

If you wish to exclude yourself from the settlement or object to its terms, you must submit your paperwork by Oct. 19, 2026.

The court will review all submitted materials and hold a final approval hearing on Nov. 17, 2026.
