• Packaging: Sold in 3 lb 2 oz boxes containing 10 individually wrapped burritos
• Production Date: June 19, 2026
• Establishment Number: Look for EST. 46069 inside the USDA mark of inspection
• Affected Lot Codes: Printed on the side of the label:
  • L1 SD6170 1503, 1535, 1606, 1639, 1717, 1750, 1831, 1908, 1954, 2031, 2108, and 2130

 

Where Were They Sold?

These burritos were distributed to Costco warehouses in Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.
 

Why Is This an Alert Instead of an Official Recall?

An official recall was not issued because the affected batch is no longer available for purchase in stores.
